CEO

Corrina

  • Corrina Mulholland is a serial entrepreneur, qualified teacher, and community leader with a passion for helping people rediscover their worth and thrive in  life, work and business.

    Self-employed for most of her adult life, Corrina brings a wealth of hands-on entrepreneurial experience, she has built, scaled, transferred, and sold multiple businesses across various sectors, giving her a deep understanding of the emotional and practical challenges faced by entrepreneurs — because she has lived them herself.

    Corrina leads  Gateshead Community Organisation (GCO), a social enterprise rooted in improving outcomes for the local community. Her work includes incubating other social enterprises, mentoring and coaching, employability support, expertise in Neurodivergence and reasonable adjustments all aimed at building confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self-worth.

    As a qualified teacher and business ambassador, Corrina blends structured guidance with empathy and real-world insight. Her facilitation style is grounded, supportive, and empowering, creating safe and reflective spaces for individuals to align with their purpose and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Job Coach

Kacie

  • Kacie is a highly motivated young professional with an exceptional track record of progression within the Community and Business sector. She began her career at just 14 with Gateshead Community Organisation, initially working within the catering department. By the age of 16, Kacie was independently managing one of the Organisation Cafe’s on Weekends, demonstrating strong leadership, reliability, and operational skills. 


    At 17, she progressed into the role of being a Job Coach, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Organisation and its Business operations while working directly with Beneficiaries to support their development and employment goals. More recently, Kacie has undertaken a  Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship and, in recognition of her dedication, capability, and impact, Kacie has been invited to become a Director of the company. 


    Kacie’s skill set includes social media marketing, bid writing, high-level organisational skills, designing, and making resources for interns and job coaching programmes. She brings creativity, structure, and strategic thinking to everything she does.


    Alongside her professional experience, Kacie has lived experience of ADHD and mental health challenges, giving her a deep, first-hand understanding of barriers many individuals face. This insight allows her to work with empathy, authenticity, and effectiveness, making her experience particularly valuable when supporting and empowering the Organisation’s Beneficiaries.
