Neurodev is a project of GCO, which was created by a group of individuals initially referred on to our work experience program. This small group, who were brought together to develop digital solutions (such as websites and games) with a focus on creating products which help others.

A lot of their research and design was based on personal experiences and barriers. The results of their hard work to date includes their current trailblazing project, Synergy.

Synergy is a groundbreaking system which, based on a individuals answers, will identify reasonable adjustments related to personal needs.

Successful pilots with Bernica Homes, Newcastle University, Northumbria County Council and Newcastle City Learning have lead to the founders of this project to further develop the idea.
